Note: It is the policy of AIB not to pay overhead or administrative charges when AIB makes a research grant to institutions, including universities. AIB adopted this policy because of the unfortunate scarcity of funding (governmental or otherwise) in this field, and the need to maximize AIB's ability as a public charity to also fund other important research in this field.
